Communication Coaching Approach

The first step of our journey for communication coaching or mediation begins with a complimentary 15-minute virtual meeting. During this session, you'll briefly describe the communication challenges that led you to BRUNO and outline your desired outcome. Together, we’ll assess if 'the BRUNO way' aligns with your situation.

If we agree to proceed, I'll provide your intake packet. Once I receive your completed packet, we can schedule our first 45-minute virtual meeting, and I'll send you the payment information. For mediation, we also offer 90-minute sessions.

Our coaching techniques include, but are not limited to:

- Active listening

- Boundary setting and maintenance

- Avoiding 'kaboom' language

- Reframing

- Navigating emotions

- Grey rocking

Many of these coaching techniques can be effectively utilized during mediation sessions as well.

It’s essential to understand that while we cannot change other people, we can change our responses to them. By focusing on how we manage our emotions and reactions, we create space for healthier dialogue and more constructive outcomes. Whether you’re navigating narcissistic traits in a high-conflict relationship, facing a stressful communication challenge, or dealing with the complexities of separation and/or co-parenting, I’m dedicated to guiding you toward clarity, resolution, and peace.

Perhaps most importantly, trust is the cornerstone of my relationship with clients. Honesty and transparency are key aspects of this process. As part of the intake paperwork, you will find a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), which will explain confidentiality in detail.
